Revlon Brow Mousse grooms, sets and softly colors brows in one step for comfortable all day wear. To apply, gently twist base of pen to propel formula into both sides of burst and then brush mousse over both bare brows to tame, tint and add fullness.

This formula is idea for women with medium to thicker brows. The waterproof formula allows for 24 hour wear without smearing or smudging. The light and airy whipped mouse provides a smooth application and comfortable wear that also covers greys.
