How do we use your personal information? 
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We dispatch via Royal Mail 24/48 so should be quite fast, Once dispatched (Packed and left us), orders usually take 1/3 days to arrive and 90% of the time will arrive on time but please understand this is still standard delivery we cannot guarantee this and sometimes Royal Mail may delay this. Please note during busy periods your order may take a few days to leave us, but this will tell you at checkout.

Since the launch of Poundlashes we have grown in such a way we never dreamed was possible and we cannot thank our customers enough for making this happen. With great success sometimes comes the need to make some changes, and we have one change which we would like to inform our loyal customers about. 

Pound Lashes has now become VAT registered, meaning that we will now be increasing our prices by 20% to reflect the regulations set out in the UK. Of course, we wish we didn’t have to implement any changes in our prices, however we also hope that you understand that we need to do this so that we are able to not only continue to grow, but to also deliver both great products and services to our amazing customers, whilst being our legal duty to take this step. We will endeavour as always to provide you with the best quality at budget prices, and this remains our main mission.

Due to the high volume of order labels automatically printed and sent to the warehouse we are unable to cancel or amend any orders, please be sure you want to place the order before checking out.

Our shipping starts at £1.49 & never exceeds £2.99 postage is usually based on its weight, if you spend more than £50 you automatically get free shipping 💗

Unfortunately due to the nature of the product we are unable to offer any returns due to hygiene rules. 

Yes of course! Postage may be a little higher usually never exceeds £5 & delivery usually takes 1/3 weeks depending on whereabouts you are in the world.

Sometimes items can be delayed with Royal Mail which is beyond our control, if you have not received your item 21 Days after your item was despatched please send an email to where our customer service team will try to get back to you within 24/48 hours. Please note if Royal Mail have lost your order it will take 21 days after dispatch before we can open a claim after this point and Royal Mail get back to us we can assess the claim and make a decision to fix this issue.

In usual cases if you email us as at as soon as the mistake is made we can usually amend your address in time before we ship, if the mistake has been made after the item has been dispatched Royal Mail will usually return the package to us, however for the parcel to be resent you must pay your original postage cost again, if you decide to opt for a refund the refund will be minus the original postage. 

Absolutely not, some of our suppliers add wrap to our lashes and some don’t, our lashes are packed in a clean environment and are not used or touched, but we are working on getting all our collection wrapped for hygiene reasons. 

We are so sorry to hear this , all of our lashes are packed with no dents or damage, but unfortunately Royal Mail sometimes bump them about causing small damage, we don’t usually use bubble wrap in smaller orders as this would make your postage cost much higher,  this doesn’t usually affect the lashes however we totally understand if your unhappy about this, if you take a photo and send us your order number we would gladly send you a few fresh cases. 

Providing the lashes have not been tampered with and broken whilst being removed from the tray, and the damage is purely from manufacturing, not the end user we may issue a refund, however photos must be taken and sent in the original packaging as it arrived and unopened or removed from the box. 

Unfortunately due to our very competitive prices we do not currently include eyelash glue, however we do sell it separately.

YES. Of course, we would never false advertise a product, we do not agree with selling mink products due to the cruelty involved. Besides, mink lashes are usually quite expensive, a real mink lash can cost anything from £10. A lot of companies will advertise “Cruelty free” mink lashes. This is not possible and would highly recommend you doing your own research on this topic. 

We are glad to say that we have never used real mink in our products and will always use 100% ethical and synthetic materials. This means that our mink lashes are always 100% cruelty-free!


But how are they so soft? 

All our products are made of safe, high-quality spandex like synthetic materials. Mink eyelash extensions are made to look and feel as soft as real mink fur, but still made of safe and cruelty-free synthetic material. Usually when people hear “Synthetic” they imagine a really hard stiff eyelash, but with the revolving technology these days we are now able to offer such silky effect lashes & most customers cannot tell them difference from our 4D effect to a real mink lash because they are so fluffy. 

Real mink also does not maintain its curl well and often needs to be curled again after washing the lashes. At our point of view, we see that there are millions of reasons why PBT is better than real fur, and no we have reason at all to use real mink fur in eyelashes.
